Be sure to
get to the East Anglian Festival of Light, August 28th and 29th, 2010,
for the Mind/Body/Spirit event of the Year!
Welcome to the Strange 1's guide to the East Anglian Festival of
Light, and what may yet prove to be the Mind/Body/Spirit event of 2010. Yes, it does
look like it will be that big! And the
event is to be in support of Children's Charity, Each, which makes it
even more important.
2010 East Anglian Festival of Light - August 28th and
29th!
Lasting the whole weekend, with daily access to the
general public, and making use of the facilities available on site at Hadleigh United Football Club, near
Ipswich in England, the UK, you may find
yourself hard pushed not to find something of interest or entertainment
for the whole family.
Have a look at
the following list of entertainments, which, though already many and varied,
may grow even further.
Entertainment List for the East Anglian festival of Light
2010.
I may already have
had some impact upon the festival by suggesting a Star Wars sub theme,
amongst other things, which may, at least, be provided by the UK
Garrison of the 501st, Vader's Fist, whom may be assisting with
charity collections - you can recognise a Star Wars stormtrooper? I'm
sure you'll see them over the weekend :).
For those seeking knowledge or enlightenment there
will be mind/body/spirit
workshops, and also many exhibits, exhibitions and stalls, including, what
is a big draw for me, the possibility of meeting or learning from Grandfather Peter, who will be sharing the wisdom and
culture of Native Americans :).
If you wish to be an
exhibitor, please check with Peter Brooks on their site, and be sure to
mention a jedi sent you ;). Check back here for more updates, or
bookmark the East Anglian Festival of Light's web site when you check it
out!
May the
Force be with You
