Jedi Force Manipulation Exercises, Techniques and Practises.
There are ancient
techniques and exercises, based upon chi kung and similar practises
(qui gong etc), that allow you to feel and manipulate this aspect of
the Force. Whether you call it the Force, Chi, Qui or Ki, or another
name, this aspect of the Force is an all pervading energy that can be
used for healing or self healing purposes, and more.
More importantly,
practise of these techniques and exercises, which may be adopted by
Jedi realists, helps put you in touch with and to feel the Force in
and around you. When you first begin these exercises you may only feel
a tingling sensation, if anything at all, and you might think you are
imagining it all. But with practise comes a more intense and personal
connection to the Force that can't be denied by your mind or your senses.

these practises and sharing some with you as I build this site and continue
my own Force studies and practise.
